This policy explains what information Perch Pass collects when you buy or sell tickets, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the marketplace and keep orders safe.
Information we collect
Account details such as your name and email; order information including the events and listings you buy or sell; and payment details, which are processed by our payment provider and never stored in full on our servers.
How we use it
To process orders and deliver tickets, to honor the Buyer Guarantee, to verify sellers and prevent fraud, and to send transactional messages such as order confirmations. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your search and filter preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary information with sellers and buyers to complete a transfer (for example, the delivery details required to move a ticket), and with service providers who process payments and send email on our behalf.
Your choices
You can access, correct, or delete your account information at any time by contacting support. You may opt out of non-essential email in each message's footer.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. We restrict access to personal information to staff who need it to operate the marketplace.
