These terms govern your use of Perch Pass, a secondary marketplace where fans buy and sell tickets to concerts, sports and theater events. By using the site you agree to the terms below.
1. The marketplace
Perch Pass connects buyers with independent sellers. We are not the event organizer and do not set face value. Every listing price shown is all-in — the number you see at checkout is the number you pay.
2. Buying tickets
When you complete a purchase you enter a binding order. Tickets are delivered by instant mobile transfer unless a listing states otherwise. Every order is covered by the Buyer Guarantee: valid tickets on time, or your money back.
3. Selling tickets
Sellers must own the tickets they list and have the right to resell them. Listings are verified before they go live. Once a ticket sells you must transfer it promptly; failure to deliver may result in charges to cover the buyer's replacement and removal from the marketplace.
4. Fees
Buyers see a single all-in price. Sellers are shown their payout, net of the service fee, before a listing goes live. Payouts are issued after the buyer receives valid tickets.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not list speculative or duplicate tickets, use the platform for fraud, or attempt to circumvent verification. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
Perch Pass is provided on an as-is basis. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under applicable law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
